January is traditionally a time reflect on the previous year and make plans for the coming one.

So to get things moving, I’m going to talk about the benefits of setting intentions.

We’ll look at the difference between an intention and a goal, why an intention might be a better choice for you and how to decide what yours is.

I’ll also share some of my own intentions for 2024.
