AM/PM Podcast #552 - The Best MCP Skills & Prompts We’ve Seen Yet!
Turn hours of Amazon research into minutes with these Helium 10 MCP prompts and skills that uncover keyword gaps, ad opportunities, product risks, and smarter ways to grow your e-commerce business faster.
What if hours of Amazon research could be completed in just a few minutes? In this episode, Bradley Sutton explores how sellers can utilize Claude Skills and Prompts with the Helium 10 MCP to streamline complicated workflows involving Cerebro, Keyword Tracker, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Profits, and Ads. Instead of downloading reports and comparing spreadsheets manually, sellers can use a single prompt to uncover competitor strategies, seasonal keywords, organic ranking gaps, and overlooked advertising opportunities.
Bradley also explains how reusable AI skills can take this automation even further. He demonstrates an Amazon Recommended Rank skill that reveals how Amazon interprets a product and which keywords it considers most relevant. This can help sellers understand why a listing is struggling to receive impressions, discover valuable keywords with no organic placement, and identify stronger advertising opportunities based on Amazon’s own relevancy data.
The episode also highlights creative submissions from the Helium 10 MCP Skills and Prompts hackathon contest. These include tools for diagnosing product performance, completing in-depth ASIN teardowns, analyzing Search Query Performance data, researching keywords across multiple marketplaces, reallocating advertising spend based on organic rankings, and scoring new product opportunities. Each example shows how sellers can transform fragmented data into clear reports, visual dashboards, and prioritized actions.
The biggest opportunity, however, is not simply copying somebody else’s workflow. It is creating prompts and skills designed around the exact needs of your business. Whether you want to audit advertising performance, monitor keyword rankings, automate monthly inventory reporting, or evaluate your next product idea, AI can help you make faster and better-informed decisions. Start building your own workflows today, because the sellers who learn to turn data into action will be the ones best prepared to grow tomorrow.
