Ashdin shares that social media is triggered and made to make you want to see what else is happening. It wants to make you feel bad about yourself. You need to understand that it's nothing but a big marketing machine. What you can do here, download some kind of time tracking apps. Second, to deal with the feeling of jealousy looking at other people's lives, is to pause, take a step back and just appreciate the fact that someone could do it and just reiterate to yourself that 'I haven't done it yet, but I will soon.'
