FoMO is magnified for some who live with ADHD, whether struggling with leaving a party at a reasonable hour, aware of an early morning deadline, or balancing whether to stay at home and do laundry, or go to a movie with friends. Online, FoMO is even worse, amplified by the constant signals of social media reminding you of the people you follow and all of the fun they’re having without you. But you can break the cycle!
