Sheela Masand is a coach, mentor and author based in Albir, Spain.  I’ve been keen to speak to Sheela for some time: we’ve crossed paths on the Heartfelt Presence platform as we have handed over the reins and I’ve been keen to ask her about her work.

In this conversation, Sheela and I discuss the genesis of her book, “Inside Out Transformation” and the Viva Event, a conference she co-founded in Albir, that runs every November.  I love the enthusiasm, passion and joy she has for creating opportunities for people to discover more about themselves and how we as human beings tick, 100% of the time…
