BroScience Ep 16: Keegan Smith: The ATG Mentor

Kneesovertoesguy, literally makes up every second video on my Youtube feed!! I'm not complaining because it is amazing content. We had the privilege to sit and chat with Keegan Smith, known as the 'ATGMentor', about a range of things ATG.

If you're not familiar with him, he has been an early adopter of the ATG system and besides Ben Patrick is one of the biggest faces, he was the strength and conditioning coach at the Sydney Roosters when they won their premiership in 2013 and has personally worked with Sonny Bill Williams, amongst some other unnamed famous athletes.

It was an amazing conversation and we talked a range of things; Charles Poliquin, long and short range movements, tendon health and strength, juggling and even learning new languages.
