Share your wins with them, your learning lessons (don't call them losses), what you're working on, and your goals for next week. The best advice I can give you is to find a go-getter. Join a mastermind group — a group of people who have a common objective in mind and they work together to achieve it. I've been involved in many mastermind groups throughout the years and I 100% believe that you need to get involved. (minute 6:00)
