Jenna Overbaugh is a licensed counselor specializing in OCD, anxiety, and related conditions since 2008. With lived experience and expertise in treating some of the most severe OCD and anxiety cases, she now creates self-help resources and digital products for those dealing with intrusive thoughts. She’s also the host of All the Hard Things podcast, where she empowers listeners to break free from fear and reclaim their lives.
