In this episode, I sit down with coach Ryan Taylor, the owner of Dynamis Athletic.  Ryan has worked as a personal trainer for nearly 12 years, winning Movati’s Trainer of Excellence in 2022 and founded Dynamis Athletic in March of 2023. Ryan has been teaching with The Exercise Mechanic since October of 2023 and is the co-creator of the Hypertrophy Intensive Course. Outside of coaching and teaching, Ryan dabbled in powerlifting and was very mediocre, but has been competing in bodybuilding since 2023, winning the bodybuilding Overall in 2023 and finishing 6th at the Toronto pro Qualifier in 2024.
