In this episode Ali is joined by 'the sisters' - Heidi & Keeley. In 2024, Heidi's marriage came to an abrupt end in the heartbreaking circumstances of betrayal in infidelity. This conversation shares how sisterly love and support, along with a chance encounter with Ali has enabled them to come through a storm to find calmer days.
Earlier this spring, Heidi reached out and said:
“My sister Keeley and I would love to come on your podcast and sing your praises.”
I don’t usually say yes to that sort of request but there was something about these two. They’re fun, they’re full of life and most of all, they’re deeply devoted to each other.
And I knew there was a story here that was much bigger than me.
This episode is a celebration of sisterhood - of what it means to walk each other home through grief, growth and everything in between.
It’s a conversation about showing up when life gets hard, about being a safe place for the people you love, and about the power of unconditional support.
And yes… they did share a few kind words about our work together, but this really isn’t about that.
It’s about love, family and remembering that we don’t have to do life alone.
