Amy is an author, YouTuber and Bible study teacher. A graduate of Eastern Washington University, she has a degree in broadcast journalism and wrote a book about her dad, a prisoner in the Vietnam war, with the help of John McCain. Most recently, Amy has written her personal testimony of leaving the white Evangelical church in 2016 due to its alliance with Donald Trump. Her new book is called The Judas Effect: How Evangelicals Betrayed Jesus for Power. She is putting her journalism degree to work by teaching daily Bible Studies about the church’s unholy alliance with Donald Trump and the false gospel of Christian Nationalism.
