Nina Forte is a strength and conditioning coach and former Olympic weightlifter whose journey has taken her from the British Virgin Islands to the global stage. A master’s student at Loughborough University, Nina has coached across multiple sports, including weightlifting, football, and now women’s rugby, where she serves as an assistant S&C coach with the U.S. national team during the Rugby World Cup. Her path has been shaped by both triumphs and setbacks, including a major knee injury that redirected her passion toward coaching and athlete development.
