On This episode of the podcast we have Justin Kuehn – Justin was first on the podcast back in 2020 when he was a Strength Coach At NDSU for their wrestling team and from the last podcast to this Justin has been on a whirlwind of a career path that led him to being on of the first Army Strength Coaches hired in the new H2F program! Today we talk about just that program – the importance of upgrading sports performance in the tactical setting and why Justin is leaving his position to pursue a new career!
