Alchemizing Trauma with Tracy, Creator of Trauma Rock Stars
In this deeply moving episode of the Sound Therapy Network Podcast, I sit down with Tracy, the inspiring creator of Trauma Rock Stars. Tracy shares her courageous and vulnerable story of being the sole survivor of a devastating car crash where she lost two cousins and sustained severe burns on the majority of her body. Not long after, she endured the pain of being drugged and assaulted at a high school party.
For years, Tracy suppressed these traumatic experiences, until meditation, journaling, and inner child healing opened the door to processing her pain. Her healing journey eventually led her to explore MDMA-assisted therapy with a clinical therapist, which became a powerful tool in her transformation.
Today, Tracy has alchemized her experiences into a movement, Trauma Rock Stars, a safe space where people can share their suppressed stories, find community, and reclaim their voices.
