While working full-time in tech sales, he built out a $10M real estate portfolio that enabled him to leave his W2 job at 30 years old. He owns a portfolio of luxury short term rentals in Saint Augustine, Florida, and the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. In addition to real estate, Jake is now expanding his portfolio to include small businesses. Jake is also a “bitcoin bull” and continues to invest discretionary income into bitcoin, believing that it will continue to be of the best asset classes to invest in over the coming decades.
