Prime Hall along with his partner Don Tran started up a very unique fitness regime that in the past was only reserved for Special Operations, freedivers, or water polo players. They have now transferred these skills into the civilian sector and are putting your everyday person through the underwater ringer. In this episode Prime will touch on his time as a MARSOC Raider, but then go into the Underwater Torpedo League they started, breathing exercises, mental focus, is it better to be calm or confident, and then being intentional.
