Do you celebrate your wins, no matter how big or small?

Instead of focusing on whatever bad things have happened, celebrate your wins. Write them down, look at the things that make you happy, and make that the lens through which you see the world.

If you focus on the negative, you're going to get more of the same. If you are focusing on things that are going well, on your wins, those are going to keep coming your way as well.

Look at life through the lens of your wins. Program your subconscious and your conscious mind to look for wins and victories. Do not be a guy who thinks about negative things. Be the happy one that everybody wants to be around. It's not that you are 'faking' it - you are changing what you are focusing on.
