Alivia: Dance, looking in the mirror, and body-image

Welcome back to The Deep Talk! Today I am joined by my dear friend Alivia, who grew up as a dancer. She has shared with me over time the way that dance has impacted her, both positively and negatively. This video is an art piece, but it connects to some very important themes — intuition, self-love, body-image and the relationship with our body overall.
