Adrian Salazar is a 23-year-old real estate entrepreneur located in San Antonio, Texas. 

Adrian spent the first couple years of his young professional life in direct sales and transitioned into real estate at the age of 18. 

Over the next 3 years, Adrian wholesaled or fix and flipped over 100 single-family residential homes. 

He has since turned his focus to multifamily apartment investing and to-date has been a part of 6 apartment wholesale transactions, has syndicated a 16 unit and is under contract on a 32 unit complete for a total of 48 units under management by the age of 23.
