This week my guest is Olympic Weight Lifter Megan Signal. Megan was due to compete in the Tokyo Olympics but had to pull out on the day of her event due to an injury.
I really enjoyed this chat and love the way Megan see's the world, she has gone through some adversity and has an amazing outlook on life, sport and training. She speaks of being a young person who was a binge drinker, a smoker and a long way from being fit and how her trajectory changed with exercise.
