Lucy Sheridan: "Treating myself with gentleness" in difficult times
I am joined today by Lucy Sheridan, who is also known as The Comparison Coach. Our conversation is raw, vulnerable and open as we explore how Lucy navigated the falling away as she crossed the threshold into her 40s, including supporting her mental health, plus the recent loss of her dear aunt.
A period that Lucy shares felt like “walking through treacle.” We speak to the power when we can be present with these endings in life.
Moments where we can become aware to the fact that we are undergoing a shedding, and the need for us to stand still and not fight it. Sharing practical tips on how you can surround yourselves with grace, gentleness and kindness - and not let that inner voice beat yourself up.
