Cole Hergott is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Trinity Western University in Langley, BC, Canada. He is entering his sixth season at TWU overseeing all 14 teams and over 300 athletes. A former Olympic weightlifting competitor for five years, he retired last year after the birth of his second daughter, but continues to train and stay active. He is an avid lifter and enjoys being active with his family by going for walks and bike rides with his wife kids when he is not training in the weight room.
