Show Notes:
06:05 – The brutal truth: Business is the hardest thing you will ever do. I try to discourage people from entrepreneurship because they watch a lot of Shark Tank and they think that they're all going to make millions of dollars. The reality of it is that the majority of them will never do that
07:30 – Risk vs. reward: If you look at the statistics, there's a greater chance that you won't succeed than there's the chance that you will succeed — especially if you have aspirational goals.
11:00 – Everyone’s replaceable: There are 8 billion people on this planet. By the way, whoever you believe was a rock star, you may find another one who's even better — and you probably will, because your standards change and evolve. There are graveyards full of ‘irreplaceable’ people.
18:01 – Commitment’s silent sacrifices: The results that you see from the people you admire is work that's done in the shadows. That's work that you don't see on social media.
19:23 – B*tch or beast: The majority of businesses do not grow to seven figures or eight figures. You want to know why that is? Because the majority of people are not willing to do what it takes. You’ve got to decide which one you are: b*tch or beast? I don't know what else to tell you. Not everyone is built for this.
