Not every firm is going to do this and providing the white glove service will make you more desirable because you can offer many different services and they can rely on you for multiple things. It can also increase your revenue per employee, which can help attract more lawyers to your firm as well.
Tyson provides some examples of premium offers. One example is a concierge service for files. It is good to have a dedicated person for a case that clients can speak to and go to for questions. This really helps streamline communication and case management. Another service is providing access to a channel where clients can reach you at all times. This would not be best for all clients, but would be good for high profile or complex cases.
