Heartbreak is never easy, and when you're dating with the intention to find your life partner while trying to beat a biological clock, it involves a new level of hurt, grief, and sense of urgency to move on. How do we know when we've healed? How do we approach asking for support from friends and family? How can we focus on hope when all we want to do is be angry and negative?
