A new model of education should help students define who they are and what they’re passionate about, and then expose them to different disciplines and experts from around the world.
Students and higher education institutions both need to embrace the concept of lifelong learning. Therefore, the finite four-year education should no longer be the norm. Instead, educational opportunities should be created to meet the person’s various needs throughout both a career and life.
