This week I am joined by owner of "Fit Club" Matt Henderson. Matt is a "long time, listener first time caller" being one of the OG's back in the day when we did it live.
He was one of the best indoor cricket players on the planet and is now doing great work in the fitness space with his holistic approach to training.
It was great to have Matt join me and we discussed everything from his early days, to his ADHD diagnosis as an adult and his dream for his business.
