Jo Miller is a somatic teacher and mentor who helps the big-hearted helpers, overthinkers, and creatives in the world to live an empowered life with compassionate boundaries, free from trauma and shame. Joe is a member of the SNR leadership team of the Focalizing Institute and also works within her own private practice.
