Tam Kaur is a self-love guru helping millions of young women become the most empowered versions of themselves through her motivational advice videos on topics from dating to healing, to her heart to hearts on her podcast ‘Self Obsessed’ and the wisdom shared in her new book ‘Buy Yourself the Damn Flowers’ Tam blends actionable advice with meaningful anecdotes to help you become the best version of yourself.

I start the episode by leading a guided meditation to help you feel grounded and aware before we launch into the topic of self love exploring spirituality, relationships, shifting mindsets, self development, childhood, post university life and of course YouTube.
