It’s fun to go fast when it comes to trail races. And our guest definitely agrees with that statement as she is no stranger to hitting the podium at shorter course trail races, while having tons of fun all the way through!

Today, we’re chatting with Megan Kupres who is a trail runner based out of Arizona who is currently on the Aravaipa Racing Team. Megan has made a name for herself as one of the top short-course trail racers in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, notching up tons of wins and podium finishes at short-course trail races in the area.

In this episode, Megan shares how she approaches training based on having fun (as opposed to following a strict structure), how she bounced back from injury to come back stronger than ever, and her path to achieving her goal of getting on the Aravaipa Racing Team.
