Caren Magill is the real deal! Today she helps me wrap my head around reflecting on the week and she is GOOD! This was an incredibly fun and educational conversation that I got a lot out of and I'm sure you will, too! 

Caren is a certified ADHD life coach and a late-diagnosed ADHDer with a mind that works faster than quick-dry nail polish. She has figured out how to master her ADHD brain through self-care, intentional productivity, and simple lifestyle adjustments and she loves sharing everything she learns with her fellow neurodivergents. In addition to coaching professional and entrepreneurial women with ADHD, she's also the host of It's the ADHD-Friendly podcast and a YouTube channel dedicated to helping her community live their best damn ADHD life.
