Liz Dobbins has 40-years of experience as an educator across all levels spanning early childhood to higher education, of which she taught at the University of Kansas in the Department of Health, Sport, and Exercise Sciences. Liz designed and launched the first ever triathlon program inside of the U.S School System. She authored 3 books focused on movements correlation to brain chemistry and the sensory systems impact on human development. Within her journey of teaching, she led research in the Health and Wellness Department at the University of Kansas, which has been influential at both the state and national levels. Currently, Liz serves on the ICF Heartland Charter Chapter as Membership Chair and hold coaching credentials from ICF at the PCC level. Liz’s coaching experience incorporates human body intelligence dialing into sensory awareness.
