Dr. Allan Bacon (@drallanbacon) is a former dental surgeon turned fitness professional. He co-founded Maui Athletics along with his wife, Beth. Through their experience in bodybuilding, Crossfit, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, and overall health + wellness for both the weekend warrior and professional athlete, they offer personalized online fitness and nutrition coaching for physique and performance.
