I'm 41 and a carrier for a genetic disorder. Should I do another round of IVF now, or wait until after a healthy pregnancy with our one good embryo? (Ask the Egg Whisperer)

Recently, Elizabeth shared a question on AskTheEggWhisperer.com. She is 41, and she and her husband are carriers of a recessive disorder that results in severe physical and mental disability. Here's what she says, "I'm 41 AMH 0.95. We had a little girl naturally when I was. 40, but she didn't survive. We have a 25% chance of recurrence to screen for the disorder. We did our first round of IVF and we got results back today out of seven eggs, five fertilized, three made it to blast. We have one normal that is not affected. There was another normal blast, but it was affected, and there was one with abnormal chromosomes. We're so happy to have a good one to use. We might want two children though. I have two more rounds covered by insurance, but they can't be used for embryo banking. Should I wait until after a healthy pregnancy with our good one to do IVF again?
