Tom Sullivan on why we are training ourselves NOT to focus

From resistance, to negativity or mindfulness, meditation can be a useful tool to deal with these. We also chat about how you might be unconsciously training your mind to NOT FOCUS, cues for what to actually do (even if you only have 5 minutes) and why we shouldn't ignore negative thoughts.
