BIG QUESTION: Do you lose your 'sexy' as you get older?

My Big question this week is Do you lose your 'sexy' as you get older?

It's something I want to talk about because losing our sensuality and sense of selves is something that can happen to women later in life, especially when we become mothers.

But is it possible for us to manage all of our responsibilities as caregivers, and feel sexy at the same time?

In this episode I’m going to talk about what it means to be ‘sexy’, how we can embrace sexy at any age, and the confronting moment I realised that I'd lost that sensual side of myself, and fallen out of tune with the essence of who I was.
