Polish deputy director of PIE Andrzej Kubisiak spoke with BNR in Warsaw ahead of the parliamentary elections.

The interview took place in the office of the Polish Economic Institute in Warsaw. Mr. Kubisiak is specialist on economy, demography and migration. We've discussed the recent history of Polish economy, its resilience and how an ageing population is a major challenge for the labour market.

This Saturday, on 7 October, the Dutch version of this interview will be published - commented by Dutch political economist and former Varsovian Ron Stoop- as part of the BNR Polkast series in the run up to Polish elections.
