Special guest: Tim Coleman stops by for one of the most pivotal interviews yet. Tim speaks about bodily integration of trauma being the #1 thing to address for true health. He teaches us how the brain/ego tries to put logic behind a trauma without letting the body integrate it as nature intended. In the animal world we see their instinctual breathing and shaking to release acute trauma. Tim speaks how at a young age we are taught to think rather than feel which prevents our instinctual mechanism of trauma integration. Mind blowing interview. 

Formerly a fitness coach for over 7 years, Tim educated clients on how their nutrition, fitness regimens and lifestyle played a pivotal role in achieving the life they desired. This career path lead him to becoming a Quantum Energetics & EFT practitioner and health coach for over a decade now, Tim transferred his focus from his clients physical state to their emotional. 

He’s had the opportunity to help his clients get to the root cause of their stress, process their trauma, and overcome the ailments that have developed as a result of emotional clutter. The strategies and methods that he applies to his clients helps them overcome addictions, self sabotage, eliminate phobias, and finally live the life congruent to one they resonate with.
