But don’t worry, I am sharing the book Ask For More by Alexandra Carter. it’s packed with some seriously valuable tips on how to prepare for a negotiation. First, figure out what you want and what problem you’re trying to solve. Then, turn those issues around and make them positive. And don’t forget to figure out what the other person needs, too! During the negotiation, keep your eyes and ears open, take notes, and follow up on any action items. And last but not least, have a BATNA - the best alternative to a negotiated agreement.
