In this episode, Kyle Mitchell shares his journey from managing a golf course and how he made the transition to a full-time multifamily apartment syndicator.   He also tells us about how he started investing with single-family turkey homes while he was still working  70-90 hours a week at the golf course. He goes into detail about how real estate made sense to him, he got his real estate license and stumbled upon an online course for multi-family and followed the business model, build his business together with his wife and ultimately acquired a large commercial apartment building in Arizona all while living in California.
