After a busy week of media interviews, in response to the release of the Pain & Gain report, both Nick and Kelvin give their take on why "it's different this time" when considering the market prospects once we come out of lock down.

Nick then covers off the latest figures tracking appraisals generated by agents (using Property Guru and RPNZ) which are a good guide for the flow of listings coming to market. Then, as per usual the RBNZ's not far from the conversation. Kelvin covers off the latest mortgage lending data, along with ANZ's consumer confidence survey results and Stats NZ's jobs filled series.
