In this episode Shelley talks to Robyn Canning, Team Manager at TAC, again about vulenerability and the power of feedback. One of the questions she asks her team is “what is it that you need from me in order for you to win the gold medal at the Olympics?”. It means that the feedback isn’t about the leader as a person but as the support they need to achieve greatness. She talks about building feedback into all monthly conversations and seeking feedback as well as delivering it and giving people the space they need to share and reflect.
