However, it can also be a time when parents feel overwhelmed by the numerous obligations and expectations that come with the holidays.
Sometimes it's so crazy that in all honesty, we just want to be alone.
But if you have the blessing of a family, then make it count this holiday season and create traditions that are meaningful to your family.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace disruptive thinking!Here are three things parents can do to weave the bow of traditions without feeling bogged down.
1. Simplify: When it comes to holiday traditions, less is often more. Instead of trying to squeeze in every activity and event, take a step back and prioritize what truly matters to your family. Choose a few key traditions that align with your values and bring joy to everyone involved. By simplifying, you can create space for meaningful moments without feeling overwhelmed.

For example, instead of aiming for a fully decked-out home, focus on a few treasured decorations that hold sentimental value.
