Unpacking Your Emotional Baggage

According to Psychologytoday.com, emotional baggage can be seen as bad habits that have developed through repetition.   Furthermore, it can be a source of immense unhappiness and contribute heavily to life dissatisfaction.  The thought of unpacking your emotional baggage may feel too high of a mountain to climb, but through my coaching membership, Project CEO, I've simplified things tremendously.   

In this episode of The CEO Mindset, I'm leading you to an A.R.E.A I recently reached myself. I am sure, being here has lightened my emotional baggage load.  Similarly, if you were to take the journey for yourself, your load would be lighter too.  Moreover, once you’ve done the work to unpack all the unnecessary items you’ve been carrying around, your triggers won’t hold you hostage.

In conclusion, I couldn’t keep this destination to myself.  It’s a place were, I believe, we can live and operate in that minimizes our stress, mitigates certain risks, and overcomes a plethora of obstacles.

I’d love you to join me! The water's fine! Most importantly, I want you to start walking in your truth and being intentional with your decisions. Be more discerning about who your friends are, the places you go, the activities you participate in, and drastically reduce the amount of crap that you take.
