Today we had Jason Prall on the show from The Human Longevity Film and we were going to talk about longevity and the immune system but we ended up talking a lot about the spiritual, emotional and psychological traumas that prevent us from aging in the best way possible.

We talked about recall healing, family constellation therapy and dealing with past traumas in order to prevent them from staying “stuck” in our tissues and organs.

Much like eating food, being involved in any kind of trauma must be “digested” by our soul and nervous system. If we allow these emotions and traumas to “flow through” us by using a variety of techniques we can prevent them from being stored in our organs.

When these stressors get stored in our tissues and organs, they can restrict blood flow and oxygen to these tissues and therefore stagnation.

We all know that stagnation ie lack of movement contributes to disease factors.

We talked about all these issues and more with Jason Prall.
