2 years on with 6 new properties

Two years ago Michael Xia joined us to share the details of his 14 property portfolio. Now with an additional six properties and an estimated value of $9.7 million he joins host Phil Tarrant once again to update us on the progress of his portfolio.

Michael will share how he has built his portfolio which started just five years ago and the mentors that helped him to get to where he is today. He will also discuss his recent award for mortgage broker of the year and discuss why he made the transition into broking.
