In these two episodes of the Brawn Body Podcast, Dan is joined by Michelle Dardaris, BSc, CPT to discuss her journey through the world of gymnastics, fitness, and life in general! Michelle is a 2020 graduate of Lebanon Valley College’s Exercise Science Program. After graduating, Michelle decided to further her education at Concordia University St. Paul, to obtain a Master of Science (MS) in Coaching & Athletic Administration.
