Mike Reinold is a world renowned and award-winning clinician, researcher, and educator.  As a physical therapist, athletic training, and strength and conditioning coach, he specializes in all aspects of sports performance and rehabilitation.

Mike is currently the Co-Founder of Champion PT and Performance, in Boston, MA, and Senior Medical Advisor for the Chicago White Sox after years of working at prestigious institutions like the American Sports Medicine Institute, Massachusetts General Hospital, and as Head Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist for the Boston Red Sox.

In this show, Mike and I take a deep dive into the world of blood flow restriction training. We cover what it is, what it does, who should be using it, and even dive into the practical side like protocols and the like.

Whether you’re doing BFR on a regular basis or just hoping to learn the ropes, I think this podcast has something for everyone in it.

This is like peanut butter and chocolate – they’re better together! You don’t have to pick one of them. We strengthen muscles and load movements. – Mike Reinold
