Detours with Coach Neal Henderson

In this episode, Ian connects with Wahoo Sports Science coach Neal Henderson to discuss training indoors during these times. With the shift to indoors for most athletes and society as a whole we wanted to provide athletes some tools to stay healthy, fit and happy. Neal is a legendary coach who has worked with athletes at all levels of endurance sport and currently manages the newly launched Sports Science division at Wahoo. Ian then chats with the Ultra Cyclist himself, Mr. Jack Thompson who is currently on lockdown in Girona, Spain. Jack discusses reevaluating goals, setting new ones and managing what you can manage. He is encouraging to listen to and will gives a unique perspective.
