Aaron Gillies is an author and writer who joins me to talk about the reality of living with anxiety; how to recognise it, how to manage it, how to not be afraid of it and how to overcome it. His perspective and insights on anxiety in his book How to Survive the End of the World (When it's in Your Own Head): An Anxiety Survival Guide is one of the best accounts I've read on anxiety and I highly recommend it to anyone with anxiety or anyone keen to understand anxiety in others.
